Jameson Evans Resources, LLC was started in 2008 to provide safety, health and occupational wellness services to businesses that have recognized the need to improve the health of their employees and their businesses’ bottom line. The American workforce’s health continues to decline with rising obesity and sedentary rates and increasing health concerns.
In addition, high healthcare costs continue to be of concern to businesses and future projections expect healthcare costs to continue to climb about twice as fast as general inflation. Implementing a comprehensive wellness program for your employees can improve their health and help lower these costs dramatically. Robert Jameson has worked in variety of positions which have allowed him to develop a systematic approach to effective occupational wellness. Robert has worked as Director of McDowell Wellness Center, as Loss Control Manager for Kentucky Employers’ Mutual Insurance (a workers’ compensation insurance firm) and Manufacturing Manager for Matsushita Appliance Company (a central KY manufacturing company). Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Tennessee Technological University.
Lyle Evans has worked in the mining and mining related industries for over 22 years and is the owner and principal shareholder of Central Mining Services, Inc. As an entrepreneur and business man, Lyle saw first hand the need for occupational wellness in the mining industry and recognized the opportunity to take a lead role in this emerging field. A Registered Professional Engineer, Lyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla (Missouri University of Science & Technology). He is also a Certified Mine Safety Professional and a member of the International Society of Mine Safety Professionals. Lyle has traveled across the United States and toured hundreds of mines in 37 states and four countries.
